Yoga has become popular in the Western world over recent years with studios popping up all over.  There are five types of yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Bikram.

[Self] Introduction

Hey, my name is Denise.

I like long sits on the couch, candlelight dinners, and ice cream sandwiches. If I had to sum myself up in a nutshell I would say I am a real-life version of Daria Morgendorffer (if you know who that is).

I am a southern mid-Atlantic east coast transplant from Colorado. Outside of being a full-time student, I am a freelance videographer, photographer, and video editor. I do not like talking about myself, but for the sake of my grade I am going to try my best.

I often suffer from wanderlust (a strong desire to travel), so I tend to just travel randomly in my free time. When I am not traveling, in school, or working, I am restaurant hopping, cooking, reading, illustrating, writing, shopping, or just spending time with my friends. I would say family, but my friends are my family. Two birds, one stone. Bear with me, I am almost done here.I am an avid believer in just going with the flow of things and life, as well as listening to one’s own gut feelings. I do not believe in fear, and I live by the quote, “He not busy being born is busy dying.” Thanks for bearing with me. I commend you.
